There seems to be some problem moving curtain walls in this release. I copied this one to another file. It comes over no problem but when I moved it I got this… the material is lost and the curved part of the wall is totally obliterated. My file has also crashed 3 times, which it wasn’t doing before.

I will have to revert back to 3.0x? it seems the problem is also present in 3.015. Find file attached… it’s crashing constantly Rhino. I reported a curtain wall issue with alignment with @fsalla already FYI. I had this issue also with VA2.

Thanks

I am guessing this is happening because I had to move some points to realign the curtain wall… you can see my original post here:

The issue revolves around the glass being separated from the frame and the frame not being consistent with the curve that it’s created from… obviously by moving the points to realign it manually it creates a problematic curtain wall that cannot then be moved and recalculated…

Hi @avatarlucas we fixed the issue of the curtain wall alignment (you reported here Bug with VA3 curtain wall) in VisualARQ 3.2 RC1: (VisualARQ 3 - Version 3.2 Release Candidate 1 released)
But I could reproduce this new problem when moving the curtain wall. I’ll report it asap and get back to you when we fix it.
