Hi,

VisualARQ 3.5 - Release Candidate 1 is now available for download.

:information_source:  NOTE: This is a release candidate (RC), meaning it is not the final version but has undergone internal testing and is considered stable enough for end-user testing. VisualARQ 3.5 is scheduled for official release on :spiral_calendar: Wednesday, August 6th, 2025

This release fixes most of the problems and crashes reported by users. Please report any problems or suggestions here or email us at visualarq@asuni.com.

  • Grasshopper: Style:
    • 15016: Block instances are exploded inside VisualARQ Grasshopper styles
  • Object: Views:
    • 11398: Keep Hatch objects as hatches when exploding plan or section views

    • 8129: Keep hatches as hatches when exploding a plan view
  • Panel: Tables:
    • 15060: Remove “Test” from “Pause test” and “Resume test” buttons on “Tables” panel

  • Block:
    • 15017: Rhino Purge command deletes block definitions used by Grasshopper Styles
  • DWG Export:
    • 15032: Rotated details are not preserved in the DWG Export
    • 14960: Large hatches appear in section views after DWG export
    • 14892: Section patterns are exploded into curves when they are exported to DWG
    • 14811: Strange squares appear in a plan view exported to DWG
    • 14637: Space hatches are exploded into curves when they are exported to DWG
    • 14636: Rhino hatches are exploded into curves when they are exported to DWG
  • Grasshopper: Components:
    • 15018: Object Parameters can’t be deconstructed
  • Object: Beam:
    • 15040: Changing Path curve property fails with beams
  • Object: Column:
    • 15072: vaColumnExtend command doesn’t work when UseExtrusions is set to Polysurfaces
  • Object: Roof:
    • 15024: Roof slopes are not listed completely
  • Object: Section:
    • 14979: Section doesn’t work in this model
    • 14977: Object is not sectioned properly
  • Performance:
    • 14483: Moving a wall is slow
    • 14480: Stretching a wall is slow
    • 12665: Slow performance moving walls and openings
  • View:
    • 15033: Cut planes and sections cant’ be activated in this model
  • View: Plan and RCP:
    • 10577: Plan view returns unexpected result
