VisualARQ 2 - Version 2.8.3 released

Hi,

VisualARQ 2.8.3 is now available for download.

This is a minor release that solves most of the critical issues and crashes reported by users. Please report any problem or suggestion here or send us an email to visualarq@asuni.com.

Here is the list of changes:

Fixed bugs:

  • Crash:

    • #9872: Crash when serializing a Hatch when a debugger is attached to Rhino process
    • #9862: Crash when opening a document when Lands plug-in is already loaded

  • IFC:

    • #9858: Beams are not exported to IFC

  • License:

    • #9832: Detect the proper email in Rhino accounts when using Cloud Zoo

  • Object: Column:

    • #9407: Subtract Solids command not working properly on columns with spheres

  • Object: Curtain Wall:

    • #9873: Top and bottom frame resulting from extensions have a smaller depth value when target surface is inclined

  • Object: Element:

    • #9854: Element from GH style jumps to 0 coordinates after vaSubtract

  • Object: Roof:

    • #9863: Roof shows the overhead always

  • Print:

    • #9094: Incomplete hatch on print
    • #8652: 2D representation of a custom GH element doesn’t appear if I print form the model

Hi, I just downloaded the new version, but it will not load on rhino5.
Rhino6 works normally.

Hi @jari1,

Did you download the installer for the Rhino 5 version? Because it is not the same for Rhino 6. Furthermore you have to chose the x64 or x86 depending on the Rhino 5 you use.

If you already installed the right version and you get some kind of error message please share that.

HI, I downloaded and installed it for the 8th time and that seems to have worked. Now it´s up and running like before.
