Reciprocal Polyhedra

Hey guys!
I would really appreciate it if anybody could help me with the fallowing attachment.
Are there any ways to make this truncated icosahedron edges curved (look like a reciprocal dome). I also need the lines to look like strips. I hope I could explain myself. Thank u so much in advance.

For the curved edges intersect extrusion of lines with a sphere:
