Reciprocal Framing - Straightening Out Kinks

Hi All,

I am working on creating a dome structure with reciprocal framing. I was trying to follow along with a previous thread (Geometry for simple reciprocal frames - #4 by jamesalexwhiteley) but am having trouble figuring out how to create line segments that connect across the different subdivisions of my dome while avoiding the kink (start points). From reading that thread it suggests to flatten out all start points and “use that index to get the two members and create a new straight line between their end points” which I am not sure how to do on grasshopper.

Since I’m not too familiar with grasshopper I also took a look at the plug-in Ngon but am not sure how to connect my previous grasshopper mapping and proceed with Ngon components. If anyone has any examples or ideas on how I can continue with this problem either grasshopper or Ngon, it would be greatly appreciated !
