Thank you so much for the quick reply. Is this something that will wipeout all of my current grasshopper plugins? How should I proceed with the downgrade? Uninstall the current rhino and install one of the versions you shared, or is there another way of doing it?
@Jose_Gabriel_Rodrigu If you are on Mac you don’t need to uninstall first, you can have multiple versions of Rhino side by side.
On Windows you do have to uninstall first. It will not wipe all settings. I am doing this almost daily for checking bugs in older releases.
@Japhy, I still have the issue with grasshopper crashing after simply clicking on the dash twice to write the “curve” command, I mean this is a much bigger issue I can’t seem to find a solution for, perhaps an incompatibility with other plugins? but this didn’t happen at all before downloading the latest rhino version.
Needless to say, I can’t work like this, and I’m in the middle of my Master’s degree which focuses entirely on the use uf Grasshopper.
I haven’t seen other reports of Rhino crashing when simply looking for a component, so, yes, that sounds likely. I’d start with the Rhino GrasshopperLoadOneByOne component and say no to all plug-ins.

Alright, we have a much bigger issue here. I tried using the two versions shared with me and nothing, I loaded one by one and uninstalled components and nothing, I even uninstalled all trace of rhino and installed the earliest version shared with me, and grasshopper still closes suddenly after I just tried to type to search for a component, I do need serious support to resolve this because my hands are tied at the moment.

There are literally no plugins installed, I have wiped out everything, the only ones showing are the basic ones that keep getting automatically reinserted by the system.
That directory holds settings for Rhino plug-ins and isn’t related to any third party Grasshopper components that may have been installed. Did you try the GrasshopperLoadOneByOne command?
Any particular release? Can you tell us more about what is going on (systemInfo, plugin errors)? An update shouldn’t break plugins, there might be something else happening.
