License manager issue

Hi,

I’ve been using Rhino for years now, and over the past two months the License Manager has frozen twice, which I hadn’t experienced before.

I struggled to remove and re‑activate my licenses, and at one point I received a message saying my license was no longer valid. Let’s just say it resulted in a few hours of “pure fun.”

I was wondering if there might be a way to inform users that, in case the license retrieval process takes an unusually long time, restarting the computer could be worth trying* — even if the issue appears to be rare or apparently not yet fully understood (in 2020).
