Hi,
I tried to open rhino but it is always hanging at the screen “Retrieving License from License Manager”. I uninstalled it and installed it again but still got the same. I clicked License tab on that screen and clicked “Change my License Key” but nothing happened except this button was greyed out.
Any idea what’s wrong? How can I use rhino as normal?

it looks restarting my machine resolved this issue.
Rhino asks Windows to open a browser window and check your Rhino login account. On rare occasions, Windows decides to go deaf and just ignores the request. We don’t understand why.
As you discovered, the easiest way to “kick Windows in the head”, is to restart Windows.
Hopefully you won’t see it again, but if you do, that’s the best option currently.
