License Key

This is from the web site when I downloaded, you can check my account, I created it yesterday for the first time…

Hi Gina -
This public forum isn’t a suitable place to handle personal information - I removed the image you posted.

Just to make sure, the evaluation period starts when you download Rhino - not when you install or use it for the first time. I can’t tell from that picture when you downloaded Rhino for the first time.
Also, if you use a computer that other people might previously have installed the evaluation on, you could run into this expired license issue.

Apart from that, I don’t see multiple accounts from you and I recommend you to send an eMail to sales@mcneel.com and explain all circumstances and have them double-check everything.

I already sent an e-mail to them but, I don’t have yet a response since yesterday. I downloaded yesterday from the link on that page and installed the program in a couple of hours. That’s simple as it is.
I work with this kind of program for 22 years and I know how it works. It was just weird, I did everything I couldn’t but strangely they said it’s expired… I would just like to know if someone have been in the same situation and by the way I’m the only user of my computer.
Thanks anyway…

Thanks, Gina.
I see that sales assigned that ticket to someone who had taken a day off on Monday and Tuesday.
I’ve added a note to the ticket and am sure it will be looked at during Seattle office hours today.

Would be great thanks.
