Rhino WIP is crashing just before the message about loading toolbars appears. Is anyone else seeing this?

Your crash reports all seen to implicate something in the Render Development Kit tools. Maybe @andy can have a look. Thanks for sending them.

@George_L for now disable the V-Ray plug-in until the problem has been fixed.
