Rhino WIP is crashing just before the message about loading toolbars appears. Is anyone else seeing this?
Your crash reports all seen to implicate something in the Render Development Kit tools.
Maybe @andy can have a look.

@George_L for now disable the V-Ray plug-in until the problem has been fixed.

I have identified the cause of this crash and will be fixing it in the next hour or two. The bug report is here:

I’ve fixed the problem and hopefully this will fix the issue with V-Ray. The fix will be in the next WIP release. If you need it immediately I can send you a link to get a preview version.
