How to assign colours to a different lists in a tree?

Hi! I am new to grasshopper but I am curious how I can assign a set of specific colours (3 of them) to a tree containing 3 lists (144 indices altogether). The tree itself is ordered from lowest value to highest (between 0 and 1). I am then interested in viewing these colours on a grid that measures 1 (y-axis) by 144 (x-axis) where each cell corresponds to one index. Hopefully what would come out is a grid that shows three different colours. Is that possible?

They tend to interfere with each other so I often use them one at a time.
