Unfortunately, your computer does not meet Rhino’s minimum System Requirements; primarily because of the inadequate Intel Iris display adapter.
Compounding the problem is it’s driver is quite old.
I would start by updating the Intel display adapter drivers:

That should get Rhino at least limping along.
If not, in Rhino Options > View > OpenGL, move the OpenGL slider one click to the left.
If you’re serious about running Rhino, you will need a better computer.
