Crashing constantly

I have just downloaded the free 90 days licensed software and everytime I start it it crashes. Sometimes it happens that I can open it but then the first button I press (any button, even fullscreen mode) it crashes. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance.

When Rhino crashes constantly, it’s usually a video card/driver problem. If you can keep Rhino open long enough, can you type the SystemInfo command at the command line and copy/paste the results here? If you cannot start Rhino at all without crashing, try starting it in Safe Mode (Start>Programs>Rhino6>Rhino6 in Safe Mode), then running SystemInfo.

open rhino, run systeminfo in the command line and paste the result here-

It seems like a video card problem, but I have the latest drivers so I don’t know how to solve it. Finally I managed to type SystemInfo and this is what is shows:

Hi -

This part tells us that something went wrong with the installation of the GPU drivers.
Please try a “clean install” of both Intel and NVIDIA drivers following the recipe posted here:

Make sure to include step 4 of the uninstalling process!

Apart from that, you should also look into updating / clean reinstalling the drivers for the onboard HD Graphics 530. There should be a link to the Intel site when you open the Notifications panel in Rhino.
