Rhino 6 Crash problem

Hı.I use rhino trial version. After one minute of opening the program freezes the program and it gives a crash error. I update my drivers but it still crash.Please help (I dont know english very well, if ı did mistake.sorry)

Hello - is there a UI for reporting the crash? If so, please send that in. I do not see anything in your system info that is a red flag but the video drivers are maybe due for an update - please start Rhino, look in the Notifications panel, (Panels menu> Notifications) and double click on the one that tells you about video card drivers - follow the instructions and get newer drivers installed.

If that helps, please reports back with new SystemInfo results.

ı fix it. I dont update my video drivers. I install old version. Now it works but ıf ı update video drivers, it doesnt work. (intel video driver 630)

Hello - thanks for the feedback - you might try, with newer drivers, a clean install of the drivers (both)

and also try setting the Nvidia control panel to ‘High performance’ so that the NVidia card is always used.
