Hello everyone!
I’m trying to transform this pattern:
into pattern made of vertical and 45 angled lines, to 3d print vertically without supports. I came up with a solution in rhino like this:
but I have no idea how to move that to grasshopper. base pattern is super easy - I scaled Voronoi cells and converted into nurbs crvs, I also added line attractor to have control over the pattern.
transformed pattern doesn’t need to be the same, similar is fine. also I don’t need any attractor. my idea is to use rectangular grid points as control points of nurbs, but I don’t know how to group these points in differently sized groups. im still a newbe in grasshopper so every hint will be a blessing <3
