VisualARQ 3.12 - Release Candidate 1 is now available for download.

:information_source:  NOTE: This is a release candidate (RC), meaning it is not the final version but has undergone internal testing and is considered stable enough for end-user testing. VisualARQ 3.12 is scheduled for official release on :spiral_calendar: Wednesday, October 7th, 2026

This release fixes most of the problems and crashes reported by users. Please report any problems or suggestions here or email us at visualarq@asuni.com.

  • API: Script:
    • 15433: Add method to get “Area” and “Volume” properties of VisualARQ objects
Fixed Errors (8)
  • Clashes:
    • 15887: Double click to zoom a clash doesn’t work well
  • IFC:
    • 15820: Objects GUIDs should be 22 character length when exporting files to IFC with V4 Engine
    • 11500: Rhino closes after trying to export a file to IFC
  • Interferences:
    • 15657: Strange holes appear in a roof
    • 15599: Slabs disappear when intersecting with some walls
  • Object: Section View:
    • 15876: 2D Section view doesn’t show section hatches of a polysurface
  • Object: Slab:
    • 15052: Slab disappears after joining with other walls and slabs
  • Object: Wall:
    • 15878: Invisible wall segment

I can see you’ve added some API relevant improvements. Maybe you might also check an email I had sent to @fsalla about some API requirements. The e-mail was sent 1.6.2026. Maybe you’ll find the requirements relevant to the 3.12 RCs improvements. Thanks!
