Viewcapturetofile export to png with transparent background issues

Hi,

I am having issues with viewcapturetofile in a fairly specific situation. When I set the view to an Iso or right/front orthographic view and try to export the view as a png with transparent background, the output is black instead of in colour.

This function was working perfectly before I updated on 6/23/2019. Current version is:
Version 6 SR15
(6.15.19164.21011, 6/13/2019)

Hello - can you please run SystemInfo in Rhino and post the results?

I had an installer for an older version of Rhino and I do not seem to be having the issue.
