I would also use Raytracing with basic settings for a quick result, but I want to include surface edges in the final result, which I can not pick in Raytracing if I am not mistaken, only an overlay of the isocurves (which I don’t need). I can probably overlay a Raytraced image with a
ViewCapture of the Wireframe, but this doesn’t seem too practical, as I am trying to export a bunch of images, and I don’t want to spend to much time post-processing
Hi -
I can’t find any crash reports from your mnet-online address. Please always send in those.
Also, run the Rhino SystemInfo
command and copy-paste the result here.

hello @wim
thanks for your reply.
I am using someone else’s machine, I will try to send the crash report the next time it appears, the last few times rhino just closed without prompting the crash reporter.

hello @wim, Thanks for your reply,
I am sorry to have stolen your time. I have moved to my own computer now, running rhino 7, where the issues do not occur.
I know that doesn’t solve the original problem, but I didn’t have the time to fix the other machine.
I had this same problem, but maybe check the naming “depth” of the file. Maybe the file could be crashing the saving process because your file is too deep on the directory location and name.
