Rhino 7 "ViewCapturetoFile" not working/constant crashing

Every time I try to use “ViewCapturetoFile”, my Rhino file crashes and stops working (the size of the image is only 13" x 6" at 72 dpi). I just updated Rhino itself and I updated my video driver (most recent driver update from February). I’ve restarted my laptop multiple times and I still cannot save a view. What are other methods I can use to potentially fix the crashing issue so that I do not have to raytrace/render every image?

Hi Caitlin - please run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.

Hi Caitlin - the first thing to try is to disable VRay in options > Plug-ins page and then close and restart Rhino and see if the problem goes away.

-Pascal

I disabled VRay, however I am still running into the same problem.

Hi Caitlin - does this happen in any display mode? And the image is 936 by 432 pixels? I guess I would also block teinmotion for now, and again restart Rhino, and see if that makes any difference.
