Hello, I have been attempting to import a file from rhino into twin motion. I use rhino 7. I synchronized files from rhino to Twinmotion in the past but now I no longer receive the pop up on rhino required to activate the synchronization between platforms. Please help.

With Twinmotion 24.1.2 and Rhino 7.37, Direct Link works fine for me.
Are trying to import Geometry or Direct Link?
Have you saved the Rhino file on your PC?
Is the Twinmotion file a new file or you have already made some changes?
Have you tried restarting everything?
If you want, you can share a small size version of your Rhino file and I can give it a try.
