Problem charging Twinmotion direct link plugin

Hello,

I have an educational license of Rhino 6 from a license lab.
I downloaded and installed Twinmotion and the Direct link plugin but when I launch Rhino I get a loading error - Twinmotion Direct Link 2020.rhp.

I don’t know what to do…

Guessing this is a particular hardware setup or faulty install. I recently installed on two windows machines with no issues.
