When opening an existing document that contains text, or when creating text in a new document, it seems to disappear. When I write “selText” it selects all text objects, but you cannot see them. It’s not possible to zoom in on them either. It’s not possible to select text objects by clicking and dragging. I can only see the text when I’m actively editing text height or model space scale, but the second I click enter it disappears again… It is not visible in any viewport, not layouts either.
I’ve had this problem with Rhino 7 for a long time, and I’ve tried to google it and cannot figure out what’s wrong. Hope you can help me!

Rhino plugins that do not ship with Rhino
C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\V-Ray for Rhinoceros\V7\VRayForRhino.rhp “V-Ray for Rhino”
As a first thing to try, I’d update the drivers of that GPU. Open the Notifications panel in Rhino and you should get links to the NVIDIA site where you can download the latest.
If new drivers don’t do the trick, disable V-Ray in the plug-ins page of the Rhino options and restart Rhino.
Any luck?

OK - when you start a new file, do you start it from a factory-default template or do you use one that is specific for your organization? Which display mode(s) are you using in the viewports and are those display modes factory-default or are they modified?

I saw that the text was visible in all other views than wireframe, so I just restored the settings for the wireframe view, and now it is visible. Haha what simple solution. Thank you for your help!
