Is it possible to create new style of space table with more information ?
I want to add : numer of people, type of floor , type of ceiling etc.

You can add custom parameters to the space style and then add their values to the space label. You will need to update to the last VisualARQ version to do it (this feature was added in VisualARQ 2.11 https://www.visualarq.com/download/update/). Take a look to this example:
