Spaces causing to crash rhino when creating a plan

Hi there, I want to report that spaces are crashing rhino whenever you try to create a plan with visualarq. I thought it was because of meshes or blocks but it kept crashing when i turned their layers off.

I am afraid is too big, 130mb

Hi @Leonardo_G_Pate,

Please, send me the DMP file that is generated on your desktop when Rhino crashes. You’ll need to rename it before closing the crash dialog, or it will be deleted.

Or you can just send the crash report to McNeel, and I’ll look for it. Please, put your name or mention VisualARQ in the description, so I can find it.

i get no dmp or anything, it just crashes and i miss what i didn’t saved

I cannot fix the crash if I cannot reproduce it. Please, send me the document to visualarq@asuni.com, zipped, using a service like WeTransfer.

Here it is man, I cannot ganerate the plan view, even with the spaces turned off.

We could reproduce the crash and I have just reported it to fix it. We will keep you updated about it.

Hi @Leonardo_G_Pate , we have just released a new version of VisualARQ (2.12.5) which fixes this error you reported.
