Simpler Linear Dimension Editor?

Hi, I’ve moved from Rhino 5 to 7 recently and one thing I miss from 5 is the simpler dimension editing. Upon double clicking, the value would be highlighted and you could change it and click away to accept changes. Now a large form comes up with lots of options and it takes a bit more clicking to put in a new value and get it confirmed. This sounds like a trivial matter, but the plugin I’m developing relies on doing this a lot to act somewhat like a parametric modeling system.

Is there some way to get the simpler dimension editing back as an option perhaps?

Hi Sam -

There is no such option, no. If you leave the Properties panel open, you have direct access to that field at all times.
