SHIFT key for symmetry in BlendCrv always turns on/off ORTHO

Hi! Here on Rhino8 WIN, the SHIFT key works always as ORTHO on/off even when I have to use SHIFT key for symmetry in BlendCrv dragging one point. So it doesn’t works..

In Rhino 9 WIP, pressing shift moves both control points.

Ortho goes bold at the bottom of the screen but then goes back to normal
