My Rhino 8 suddenly started behaving strangely, as Shaded mode became very similar to Ghosted mode. I have removed the installation and installed the app again, but the problem is still there. The model works as expected in Rhino 7. Any suggestions on how to revert the Shaded mode to its original function?
Is this with only one specific model or with all models like just a simple box?
If it happens with all geometry, if you go into Options>View>Display modes and find Shaded view in the list and hit the “Restore Defaults” button, does this fix anything?
Without a before/after screenshot, it’s hard to say - but when, while using the Shaded display mode, curves appear in front of surfaces, use ClearDrawOrder.
ATTENTION:
Laptop is using the slower, less reliable integrated graphics device and probably needs a configuration change.
Any hardware configuration or cabling changes you make will require that you restart Rhino.
