Sections Hatch printing heavy with Rhino PDF Vector

Hey all

Printing vector using Rhino PDF and the built-in hatches from sections are printing pretty thick, and not the elegant look I’d expect.

And at the risk of muddling the post, all the “boundaries” of sections pretty much are.

And before any well-meaning posts with very thoughtful and informational replies, I’ve gone through all the iterations of section styles and document settings

I’m hoping for the hidden gems, buried settings, and AHA moments – or the ever possible, “Yes, that’s on the list…”

EDIT: @rajaa This is only if I use the Section attributes – good ol’ Extract Clipping Sections (or just cutting it manually) both hatches and curves look as they should!

Hi Alan,

Can you provide a small example exhibiting the behavior?

A quick test here looks OK on section hatches, granted there are a number of variables that can influence linewidth nowadays.

Thanks for the reply,l and files. I’ll have to post something hopefully Sunday.
