RiR - Placing System Families

Hi Everyone,

We have a system family created for a typical cable tray. Does Rhino.Inside Revit provide the capability to place system families within the project? I see it can be done for wall system families, but was wondering about other types as well.

Unfortunately this is still a missing feature.
But the intention is to add those components progressively in future updates.

Thanks for getting back to me, completely understandable that not everything is currently available.

I have looked into using pyRevit to interact with the Revit API and use the CableTray class’ Create Method. Does this seam like a feasible alternative?

@healylewis97 You can use the Revit API with IronPython (just like pyRevit) using the Grasshopper Python component
