Right-Click on Layer Panel Area for New Layer?

Hi,

Did something change recently or am I doing something wrong?

But not long ago I was able to create a new layer by right-clicking in this empty area and a menu would pop-up with ‘New Layer’ option.

It works in Rhino 6.

Hmm, strange, not on my side. :persevere:

I have disable all plug-ins and checked for updates but no luck so far.
