My system yesterday announced that there was an update ready to install for Rhino6. Is there information available on this site on an update and what it fixes? (Can’t find anything.)
See here
Rhino 6 SR3 (6.3.18090) is now available.
If you have not disabled automatic updates, Rhino will download and offer to install these updates for you.
New in SR3:
SDK Enhancements:
SDK: Add CurveOnSurface functionality to C++ SDK (RH-18267 )
SDK: RhinoCommon: Need more of ON_BrepTrim wrapped (RH-18939 )
Bug Fixes:
Annotation:
Dimension Tolerance text height scale doesn’t work. (RH-44312 )
Import of Attributes from DWG Aligns Incorrectly (RH-44266 )
Move relocated dimension text with the dime…
For me and other more problems. Wait some days !
@djhg
You must have your Rhino updates set to “Service Release Candidates”.
If you want to wait for the actual SR, change your Update Frequency to “Service Release”.

Thankyou John. I don’t see anything for which I have a pressing need. I’ll wait till the release.

Is there a list of what’s new in 6.2?
The Change Log link is always on the latest version download page.

Where are the release candidate change logs?
Those are announced here in the Forum in the Serengeti category.
Here’s a link to the most recent one:

To get it, subscribe to the Release Candidate update stream .

Could the installer provide a link to the change log? I’ve been circling back to this thread to find it after every release.
Also, I haven’t found the change log for the release where this happened:
Right clicking to launch the gumball options menu stopped working after the last release candidate (6.6.18156.11421). I finally figured out how to enable the v5 style menu ball (change display size from 0 to 4).
That would have saved me some heartache trying to figure out the problem.
The link currently available to the change log for v6.11 takes me to a time out error.

Yes, this is on the to-do list for fixing.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Is the Change Log link for Rhino 6 still broken? Any update on when it will be fixed? I like to read the change log and know what is changing…
Thanks!
