Yes, still not sure how to fix it. It’s unfortunate that it only seems to happen in German Windows 7.

Thanks for letting me know. I’ve never been able to find a solution to this; it appears to be a bug in Windows.

My previous statement stands - I don’t know how to fix it, and I think it’s a bug in Windows. Sorry.
