When I import.obj file they are very small (about 1mm. xyz)
I have several .obj files of building items that should be over 1000mm (furniture, windows, doors etc…)
I can scale manually after import & it’s close enough.
? Is this normal, some other import file types have a “preserve units” option but not for .obj
Hi - the obj file format is unitless. If you export a 13 meter box from a meters template and import the obj file into a millimeter template, the box will be 13 mm.
How did you sort this out? I am experiencing the same rhing
I have noticed that some obj models do have accurate dimensions when imported.
With the imported obj models that were really small, I just scaled them to the correct size.
