Can't retrieve license

Is anything down with the system right now? I’m trying to launch a new instance of V6 and I’m just getting endless “Please Wait…” How the heck does stuff like this happen on a computer that’s online 24-7 and has Rhino running practically 24/7?

Everything on our end is up and running.

I suspect Rhino asked your default Windows internet browser to update your local license lease and your browser has gone deaf.
The quickest way to get past that is restart Windows.

@aj1 is devising a different mechanism that doesn’t rely on Windows launching a browser for Rhino to eliminate this issue, but he’s still working on it.

See if a restart gets you sorted.
