Rhino keeps freezing

Everytime I go to a specific layout sheet I created over a week ago, rhino keeps freezing, PLEASE HELP! @bobmcneel

just got a new computer, had AMD – had a bunch of crashes and then just like 4 days ago switched to INTEL

Generally you can follow these directions, but if you are having issues you may want to look at Device Manager and see if your Video Cards are working correctly.

Hybrid graphics laptops are more and more common if you buy a consumer grade machine. (I recommend buying a mobile workstation for professional modeling but these hybrid machines are quite prevalent in the consumer market, especially for students.) Hi @Japhy I have been working with microcenter to understand what is going on. brand new custom build - this shouldn’t be happening. I AM able to plug both monitors into my graphics card — and it’s been working great… however, when working in rhino - the system seizes on me and I can’t do anything no ctrl+alt+delete. and happens completely random!!!

You can’t control+alt+delete? That sounds like a hardware issue.

If Rhino freezes and you can access the task manager please create a crash dump and send it to us.
