Rhino 7/6 keep making my whole pc freeze

The issue has happened for weeks already and so often within a day. The freeze I am pretty sure did not cause by some complicated commands but just zoom in/out, simple line works, etc. I need to do a hard restart of the pc everytime because I can’t even move my mouse
The windows system is up to date and the graphics drivers are as well.
I tried to reinstall the Rhino 7/6 but it did not fix the problem
It never freezes my pc when I was using Adobe/Revit just rhino!!!

Run the Rhino SystemInfo command and post the results.

According to that, your monitor is not connected to your proper video card

How can I make sure or connect to the proper video card???

Hello - I would block Vray and ClimateStudio in Options > Plug-ins page, close Rhino, and then start it up again. Any different?

The freeze situation seems didn’t happen after climatestudio has been blocked but what if I have to use it later ??

Does that mean that Rhino still froze after connecting the monitor to the GeForce and a reboot without blocking any plug-ins? If that is the case, you will have to contact Solemma for support with their plug-in.
