I’m currently using a trial version of Rhino along with a team access license for Karamba. I’ve encountered a persistent issue: each time I use the Karamba3DGetLicense command and attempt to log in for the cloud license, Rhino crashes.
So far, I’ve tried the following steps:
Reinstalled both Rhino and Karamba.
Deleted any remaining files from previous installations before reinstalling.
Unfortunately, the issue still persists. Could you please advise on any further troubleshooting steps or if there are specific settings or permissions needed
I’m using the latest versions of both Rhino and Karamba3D. There wasn’t any error message displayed, but I was experiencing crashes when trying to use Karamba3DGetLicense to log in for the cloud license.
The issue seems to be resolved now. It may have been caused by my firewall settings, which were interfering and causing Rhino to crash. After reinstalling Windows, everything is now working fine.
