Hi may I ask how to solve this problem? I have bought the educational one but am not able to load it into due to the message “Could not get license”

did you enter the license in your Rhino account? You need to make sure you are logged in and then enter it in the browser as per step 2 of 1.2.1 Cloud Licenses - Karamba3D 2.2.0. The function “Enter your license key” will not work.
Hi thank you for replying I have followed the steps and while my license is actually shown in properties but is not reflected in grasshopper .
But I do get an error message of ‘Unable to load Karamba3D_LicensePlugin_Rhino7.rhp plug-in: ID already in use’. Could this be the reason why? and if so, how do I go about solving it?
Hi, each time you open Rhino, you need to load the license by typing “karamba3dgetlicense”. This should be done before opening Grasshopper to avoid any issues
you can auto this process by running “_DocumentProperties” command in Rhino. In general add Karamba3DGetLicense to startup. That will be run every time you open Rhino

Hi Thank you everyone for your help but I have resolved my problems.
I simply needed to delete the license folder in the Karamba3D folder and then the license would work. Thank you all for your help.
