Rhino freeze on simple operation

Hi Everyone,
I’m having trouble using rhino the past few days, it freezes each time I perform simple operation (like zooming or rotating/moving an imported CAD) on a rather simple project.
I have no idea what the problem is, I’ve checked the drivers & didn’t install anything new…
Please find below the system info, Thank for your help…

Why not update to the latest version of Rhino: 6.27? There’s been a lot of bugs fixed since your version.

As to why your setup should change behavior when you “didn’t install anything new”:
Doesn’t Windows 10 do updates whenever it feels like it? Could an update have taken place just before this began happening?

Thanks for noticing the need to update to 6.27. Since we have a cloud licence usually it’s automatic but this one didn’t pass.
Anyway, after the update, rhino still freeze…
Regarding the windows updtates, yes it updates automatically so we have the latest release of windows 10, could that be an issue?
when i said “didn’t install anything new” I meant software or plugin.

Hello - one thing to try is a clean re-install of the video driver. Yours is not old, but there may be a newer one since the last windows update - I’d get that. If there is not a newer one it may still pay to uninstal/re-install it.
