Rhino 6 freeze problem

I have been working on Rhino 6 for almost one year and lately I have serious issues with the software. Every time I open a file ( old or new does not matter ) the laptop freezes and then the rest of the computer. I was not able to move my pointer and even do CTRL LAT CANC. I had to switch off and restart the computer. I tried again and after a few minutes, the same thing happened. Here the test from the command SystemInfo.
Please help. Thanks

try updating your video drivers but also check if a windows update could cause the problem.
I often see that the orchestator update service from windows is taking 100% of the disk memory, causing Rhino to crash mostly.

Hi
Go to the graphics card maker’s Web sites and find updated drivers for your version of Windows and your specific model of display adapters.

You have two display adapters, update the drivers for both of them.
Download and install the updated drivers.

DO NOT rely on the automatic checking tools as they have a near perfect failure rate.

Intel

If your computer tells you the new driver isn’t validated for you computer, here’s how to fix that:

Any luck?

Thanks for your detailed reply John,
I really appreciate your promptness
