Rhino encountered a problem and needs to close

The .exe is to find via -> C:\WINDOWS\system32\NahimicService.exe

I tried to delete the NahimicService.exe and it worked indeed.
Do I have to delete further Nahimic-related files?

Update:
I deleted all files mentioned above and restarted… But still no change with regards to rhino… Still Crashing.
