Can anyone help?

I could only as the standard things, such as:
Seeing that you have a very new GPU, is that the very latest drivers?

Have you tested the video card on a 3D game, or other 3D application?

Windows dual-screen is imperfect, but you shouldn’t see crashes.

Hello - one thing that is not clear is whether you have checked for Windows updates since installing - I’m not sure the ‘latest’ is ever really the latest… I would do that.

Hi,

my windows version is 1903 (Build 18362.175). Windows update search is telling me that this is the latest version.

Also my Nvidia drivers are the latest. (430.86). Nvidia offers two drivers: Game Ready driver and Studio driver. Both have the same effect.

I also tested the video card on a 3D game with very high settings. Everything seems to work fine.

Best regards,
Alex
