I am experiencing crashes in both R6 and R7 that appear to be Vray 5.10.01 related, but I am not sure. In both instances Rhino does not create a crash log.
Crashes mainly happen while making adjustments within the Vray Asset Manager, during an interactive RTX render, though I did have a crash at startup in R7 when Rhino was loading the Vray plugin for the first time after installing v5.10.01.
Is there a way to determine if in fact this is Vray related?
SysInfo is attached…oddly the reports generated in both R6 and R7 indicate that there is no monitor attached to the second GPU when in fact there is.
Under way…I generally find this forum to be significantly more helpful, so I stop by here first. Any thoughts as to why Rhino is not generating crash logs?
I’m having similar issues, computer is freezing after pressing start production render button.
But it’s random, of course. Fine for 2-3 weeks, then a freeze or 2 in a row.
Press computer restart button, fine for a while.
Seems to have started in the time I switched to R7 & V5 from Sketchup (I don’t use Sketchup anymore on a daily basis so I don’t know if there are issues there as well).
