Rhino Beta RhinoPDF defaults to Raster when pages>1

When printing a single layout, with the Vector box checked, RhinoPDF prints to vectors. when printing to multiple pages, it prints layouts to bitmap/rasters.

PDF issues aside the new features in R8 are great! Keep up the good work.

this also has a significant effect on filesize of the PDF, where 1 page (vector Output) is around 1MB, and 3 pages (raster bug) is 12MB.

Also, the display mode is wireframe in all of these viewports.
