I’m noticing weird behavior with OffsetSrf in Rhino 8. Very often it’s creating bad surfaces and/or no surfaces upon offsetting. Here’s an example:
When I offset that surface in Rhino 8 (Distance=0.025" Corner=Sharp Solid=Yes Loose=No Tolerance=0.0001 BothSides=No DeleteInput=Yes) it does this:
Verses when I offset this exact same surface in Rhino 7 with the same settings:

Hi Derek - thanks - I got a clean result here in V8, newer build than yours, I’ll see if I can find any changes in OffsetSrf.
Ah - the corners setting - I see that now, thanks. For now, on this, use round corners .
