Hello - set Solid=Yes for now, followed by MergeAllCoplanarFaaces. If you need the separate shell, you can ExtractSrf the thin edge surfaces.
@noithatchiaki - setting Corners=Round will also allow that non-solid offset to work correctly.
RH-66156 OffsetSrf - leaves gaps
