Hi Michael, please run SystemInfo in the Rhino command line and post your results.

Does running the Reset command (to factory settings) change the behavior?

i also just made the complete reset. the behaviour remains the same. strange, isn’t it?

Can you remove the citrix device?

Is there a newer video driver for that card?

One thing to try on the Radeons is to lower the OpenGL level (or try with GPU tessellation unchecked)

thanks

i will try to update the graphiccard driver
i also could remove citrix since its not working. (its for remote controll of a laser cutter)

if this does not work out i try the open gl settings

is this procedure correct?

Thanks, that is correct sequence. Older Citrix has been known to cause issues (as have some AMD drivers)

thanks a lot. it was the graphic card driver!

cheers

michael
