Strange thing going on with view

I have a fairly large model and am getting shaded display like this

i put that element into a fresh drawing and it is rendering as normal.

Display is reset to default ,the odd thing is it doesn’t happen all the time.

If i close and reopen the drawing it’s back to normal,For a bit

display meshes get deteriorated far from the origin, should that be the case positioning them closer to the center of origin will fix it. though there is nothing wrong with your geometry otherwise its just how rhino works. you could also try the command RefreshShade on the particular objects.
