When I add a layout page to any model the options in the export dialog box are missing (they are visible only during resizing the dialog box).

For some reason I still have a problem with bug RH-61334 All Layouts Broken in Rhino 7 for Mac (https://mcneel.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/RH-61334) which means there’s not a way for me to export multiple layouts at the moment.

I’ve also asked my colleague @mary to take a look at the other RH-61334 issue as she was actively testing that one.

The Printing of multiple layouts issue RH-61334 was fixed in 7.1. So you will need 7.1 or later.
ExportALL to PDF from a Layout is having issues including most Layout Annotations on the Mac 6 & 7 versions. This covered in RH-61685 ExportALL PDF format Excludes Most Layout Annotations, which has customer files so it is not open for public viewing, sorry.
You can download it from here and test.
So we know what you are running, please type SystemInfo in Rhino and copy it into your reply.
BTW I am running Catalina, not Big Sur and I am not seeing the RH-61670 issue that my colleague @BrianJ logged.

It seems 7.1 has an issue where I need to manually update the view (RedoView) when working in the layout view (including within details viewports), e.g. zoom/pan and no visual update of the layout space during drafting; it’s fine in 7.0.
It’s been awhile. Are you still experiencing this problem in the latest update to Rhino for Mac (7.3)?
I’ve not experienced the problem since installing the 7.2 update, seems fine on 7.3 too
